Service Availability

When purchasing Gold through our Services, you agree to the following terms:

Order Process

• You must provide accurate information including your in-game username and preferred world.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice based on market conditions.
• The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your in-game account is in good standing and able to receive trades.
• Be available to receive Gold within a reasonable time after order confirmation.

• Comply with all applicable laws and the game's terms of service.

6 Selling Gold

When selling Gold to GPRush, you agree to the following terms:

Sale Process

• All sales are subject to acceptance and verification by GPRush.
• You must contact our support team to receive a current quote.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to market conditions.
• Payment is issued after we receive and verify your Gold.

Your Representations

By selling Gold to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the Gold being sold.
• The Gold was obtained through legitimate gameplay or legitimate purchase.
• The Gold is not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or derived from illegal activities.
• You have the full right and authority to sell the Gold.

7 Payments & Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others)

Payment Processing

Currency

8 Delivery

Delivery Process

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your purchased Gold. If we are unable to deliver your order:

• We will work with you to reschedule delivery at a mutually convenient time.
• If delivery cannot be completed within 24 hours, you may request a full refund.
• Partial deliveries may be arranged for large orders.

Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

• Incorrect in-game username or information provided by you
• Your in-game account being banned, restricted, or otherwise unavailable
• Your failure to be available to receive the trade

9 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment.
• The amount of Gold delivered is less than the amount purchased (partial refund for the difference).
• Duplicate charges or technical payment errors.
• Order cancellation before delivery has begun.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed transactions where Gold has been successfully delivered.
• Orders where delivery was attempted but failed due to user error or unavailability.
• Price differences after an order has been confirmed.

Refund Process

10 Prohibited Activities

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in our Services will be corrected.
• Our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Third-Party Game Disclaimer

We make no representations regarding the policies of Jagex Ltd. or the potential consequences of buying or selling Gold. The purchase and sale of Gold may violate the game's terms of service and could result in penalties to your in-game account, including suspension or permanent ban. You assume all risks associated with using our Services.

13 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPRUSH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of or damage to your in-game account
• Any actions taken by Jagex Ltd. or other third parties
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your information

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPRush and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any content or information you provide to us
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your use of our Services

15 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against GPRush.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward our staff
• Chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Any pending transactions may be cancelled, and we are under no obligation to provide refunds for terminated accounts involved in prohibited activities.
